General Returns Policy
You may return most new, unworn or unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product cost minus a 10% restocking fee. Return postage costs must be paid for by the customer if the return is due to change of mind. If you can demonstrate the product is faulty (to a reasonable extent), we may offer a full refund or partial refund at our discretion.
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund (or of any alternative action) once we've received and processed the returned item.
If you have purchased a t-shirt or singlet etc that does not fit, we are happy to exchange it for you. Postage cost for the exchange must be paid by the customer. All exchanges within Australia must include a prepaid post satchel with your address filled out for us to send the new size to you in and clear instructions on the size you are requesting be sent - please make sure you are requesting a size we actually offer before sending anything to us.
Postage within Australia
We offer various methods of postage within Australia, from regular mail to eParcel (a form of registered post) and express post to most locations - unfortunately we cannot offer express post to Tasmania or the Northern Territory. Our shopping cart will show you your postage options if you simply enter your postcode and state.
We currently only offer worldwide shipping to the USA, United Kingdom and New Zealand. We are unable to ship to any other countries at this time. There are two methods available for foreign delivery, Airmail and International Express Post - rates are based on weight and will be calculated by Australia Post during checkout.
